why in the hell you should download something? css is easy to see thru your web browser and you don't need anything else!

What are those RS links for? The css of every zen garden piece? Either way, I admire the designs and envy the designers on that site to no end.

I seem to have fallen behind the times a bit... CSS looks like the way to go... it certainly allows for some very creative solutions to web design.
Has anyone been using it, and what would you say the steepness of the learning curve is for one who started up with the traditional HTML-style web construction?
