I'm thinking of producing a web site, anyone know of a really good web design package that is really easy to use. I don't have any HTML experience, so it's has to be a wysiwyg package, thanks.
Well much before that you have to be good with graphics... even if you are really good with HMTL, if you can't do graphics your sites will suck!
If you do have some experience with graphics, I would advise to jump right to the thick of it and give Dreamweaver a try... I know, might not be the easiest to start with, but the long lasting benefits of a steeper initial learning curve will be well worth it!

If you can find a copy of netobjects, it is easy to learn & hold you hand just as much as you need. no html required and a very robust site structure management system.
it's just what you need if you work mainly in flash - you just choose no borders for your layout, center on page, insert your flash file & you are done.
If you can find a copy of Adobe Homesite it's a baby DreamWeaver. When I was coding HTML a while back it was my main tool - DW is powerful but complex and when you're starting you really need two things - a view of the code and a view of the finished page. All the dbms stuff is a killer for beginners. Seem to remember liking Namo too.
Before you commit though be certain about the type of site you want to design - you know, analyse the data and content before choosing your tools. For instance you may find that you really do need to have a data-centric site in asp or php. In which case better to know early.
Besides doing for Dreamweaver, try to look for some books about it, there are a lot of them floating around and they will help you to feel comfortable quickly.
