adobe premiere 2

Hi ,

Am having some probs with premiere 2 here .
Have dual monitor setup system and all apps working just fine .

As soon as premiere 2 starts-up , the second monitor goes black and remains that way till I exit premiere 2 app.

Only premiere 2 is doing that .

Am I missing a setting in premiere ?

( both monitors are 21 inch wide screen with correct 1680 x 1050 settings )

What I also noticed is that when dragging on the first main monitor , while dragging something , it is drawed in multiple as if can't follow .

Ha , suddenly the second monitor works without doing something.
The second monitor is now a full screen playback monitor.

Any quick t?p on how to use the second monitor as an extension of the first monitor instead of playback monitor

Hi woelf,

what kind of graphic card do you have. I think i saw some options in the graphic card driver of matrox and nvidia.

Have you tried to find some options in the settings menu of premiere 2. But i think it's in the overlay menu of your graphic card.

I'm not at home so i can't give you a better hint right now.

You can go to the Display Options of the Main Monitor inside PP2, and there's a option to output to a second display. Just disable it.

If you use Cineform HD you can disable it inside Cineform options.
