Flix is a technology that converts your video to vector video.
It's a great tool for webdesigners who want to vectorise the video.
FlixPro has numorous settings so you can customise your export as you wish. It also is very cool tool for experimental Flash animation (try to export with only 2 or 3 Fluo colors).
It's developped by on2 (they have also developed the engine for the video convertor in Flash8).

Here's the tip:
If you download the demo version for OSX (I've only tested it on MAC) you can install it like a regular application. There's no time limit on the software.
The only thing that happens is that you render the vectorised video with a red "X" on top...
The cool thing about this "X" is that you can easily remove it once imported in Flash. It's just a Movieclip that's on top of the video and not really emedded!
So imoprt the video SWF (generated with flix) in Flash and double click on the Root Movieclip. Then remove the red "X".
You're done!
