from Italy Oxyshare don't work in any case...in italy the most diffused internet connections have dynamic ip adress...

I really find 0xyshare far better & faster - this said, for our italien friends, this is what 0xyshare says:

For all users who have problems with downloading from Oxyshare.
We state that our system is bug-free. You may have problems with downloading only in one case - if you have the dynamic IP.
The point is we check your IP on the the first download page, if on the second page the IP is the same you may start downloading. But if you manage to change the IP during the one session we consider you are cheater. So pls contact your ISP and obtain the static IP.

Do you change IP between two pages? as far as i know you are assigned a new IP only when you disconnect then reconnect to your ISP.

please dont drop oxyshare. rapid share many times is either unavailable due to already downloaded material or some one else is alreay downloading stuffs. this happens because large number of students in many universities like mine share a common proxy hence very difficult to get a ticket reserved. A slightly bigger file and forget about download or wait for days to grab a ticket. SO please keep Oxyshare. Atleast users can download if not Download fast.

I never had any problems with rapidshare, but oxyshaere often is so slow, that I coudn't even get to the downloadlink, as it timed out before

Rapidshare if much more faster and reliable .. files get deleted on oxyshare very soon where as u get ur file years after if not reported it as abbuse !

You know both have there good and bad points.
And in case you guys didn't notice oxyshare is getting much better at what it does. And for those who remember rapidshare at the beginning it was just as bad!
Plus nearly all the links on the main site are in both rapidshare ans oxyshare! So why all the bad talking about oxyshare? Maybe oxy doesn't work for you but I know many people who simply love it? No waiting. Sure you have to look/search the page for the link but it works too.

So I would say the more sources the better! it makes it harder for the links to be downed and they can be reupped be many different people.

its all down to personal choice, but I think it is good to have a variety of different links in the hope of catering to as many people as possible

Oxyshare is just as slow as deposit file.
But I imagine it's all relative to location.
I prefer RS as I download at 500kb a sec.
now with deposit and oxyshare I get speeds of 20kb if that today I was downloading from oxyshare at 4kb for a 10mb file which I 86'd cuz it was too slow.
Let the uploader choose I guess they have a preference as to what uploads faster and better for them.
Hey I even suffer with those blasted megashare files over 300mb which you gotta stand on one foot and rub your belly to get :p

Never had a problem with the speed of oxyshare on par or better.
I find it much better than RS as same with me I share common proxy IP. And it is utterly stupid to have to wait 60-80mns to download another file when I have just downloaded a file less than 10Mb in size.
I also enjoy the larger file sizes that people usually upload to oxy.
I agree with triifid the more mirrors the better (and not multiple RS mirrors). I have come across more deleted links on RS than any other site.
I guess in depends on your country what you find better.
