To change color bleeding:
- create VRayOverrideMtl
- in "Base material" put the material that you want (like very green grass)
- in "GI material" put the material that will genetate GI (so red material here will make the grass bleed not green but red)

Hi ziko0 =)

Nice going!
When it comes to modeling details it all depends
on what the image is for, if you are aiming for
an image depicting a "real house" standing somewhere
or an image for an architect company.

If the former and depending where in the world this building
is supposed to be standing I'd say maybe antenna/s, satelite
dish/es, drainpipes, cables etc.

If for an architect company I'd keep those details out
of the image and just focus on getting nice clean textures
for your nice building =)

materials will for sure help as well as a foreground and background.. make sure though, that the foreground and/or background does not detract from the building you are trying to present.

the first I can say is that QMC is just not worth it to use it. U should work with adaptive subdivision instead and get the file good adjusted which will take several renderings until you will be where you want to be. QMC ALWAYS has artefacts in the renderings... good for you to see fast how it will come out but never to be used for final renderings.

To your house: add some displacement is what I can say as there nevr is a house with such accurate lines... but for an architectural company this might be more attractive the way it is... you should ask the customer how they want it...

the bleeding and other things you can only really see when you have your materials added and rendered the house with the exact materials. shaddows in real world often have the color of what is next to them... so it can look realistic even you have some color bleeding in there.

If you want to mirror the environment in the windows of the house it is best to use a hdri in the environment of your 3d program.

well, not much to say to the building - nice and detailled so far.

modern Architects don't like adding plants or so but I still prefer it when there is something that makes the scene a little more realistic - usual is to copy paste some people in there to show how it would look when someone lives there, but here should be said: less is more

letz see the project when you are done or at least after you have textured and rendered it as preview - that would be interesting.
