Best resource for V-Ray help?

Specifically, what are the best setups in general, when would you use Adaptive Subdivision instead of QMC, etc?

use adaptive subdiv for interior works, and qmc for exterior works..and the difference is interior model needs a lot of bouncing lights which can only approach by adaptive subdiv's per objects. so the light rays would bounce efectively.
