Hi all,

How i can to make mirror reflection using vray

apply a VRayMtl with Reflect set to pure white to the mirror surface.

Hmm... true.. but dont make it pure white.. leave a little gray in it.. a little.. teeny amount.. no mirror in real life works like a perfectly reflective surface, and honestly.. to make a good picture great, rememebr one thing.. put in a little imperfection in to make it look as close to real life as possible.. nothign hard and fast here,.. just a suggestion.. :)

good point. An additional map with tiny (not teeny) :) scratches give even more realism for e.g. metallic surfaces.

Yep.. should be right.. a dirt map with noise or a bitmap even.. with streaks.. tiny ones.. like suggested above..

crosspatch
i've heard that vray creates unwanted artifacts in reflections. Is that right ???

only if you low the glossiness value like 0.8 or something. keep it at 1.0 and fear not artifacts.
