Inspiration

Hey guys, I've been trying like hell to sculpt in zBrush, and while I've gotten the basic form (think a head in a balaclava), I hit a brick wall as to where to go from there. This is a common occurrence for me: lacking in inspiration and imagination. Any remedies or tips?
