I don't know what version of maya you are using, but here is how I installed it on maya 2009 (I'm usually a max user so my knowledge of maya is still very small, maybe there is a better way to do that) I took the HKLocalTools.mel file and the ModObjectsMenu.mel file (the 2008 one) from the archive and copied them in D:\Documents\maya\2009-x64\scripts (replace "D:\Documents" with your "my document folder". Then, in the same folder I created a file called "userSetup.mel" with notepad and I wrote "source HKLocalTools;" Once this has been done, the tool appear in the menu bar after your restart maya (menu bar : Modify -> Transformation Tools -> Local Tool Hope it helps Abu
