Did you never want to post your tutorials into a forum 'cause the information might just disappear in all the threads? Well, here is Your chance :D now you can post static articles about the subject of your interest as long as it meets the gfx subject. The syntax is the usual Wikipedia syntax... so just go ahead, and have some fun filling the columns and create your own categories and subjects.
this wiki should enable all those that have knowledge to give it to those who need it in form of a complex text which can be edited by any user that has the rights to contribute. So the knowledge on certain fields will grow and it will change with the time as new techniques will come and the tricks will change. Any to the forums known user may add articles here (even your postcount will increase), Guests will have to register as we only accept articles of users that have validated their emails.
I hope this service will be used for discussions and articles. Anyone who knows how to use the wikipedia should come along with this wiki, too ;)
just think of the result: a wiki that serves important knowledge about workflows in certain 3D programs or whatever... a wiki from GFX lovers for GFX lovers :)
It is end of August 2008 now and we start with a complete empty wiki.
