Pencil is an animation/drawing software for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. It lets you create traditional hand-drawn animation (cartoon) using both bitmap and vector graphics. Pencil is free and open source


Note:

Attention Windows users:

• The movie export function has not been implemented yet (only works on the Mac). At the moment the Windows version can only export frames and Flash files. Any help would be appreciated.
