TerraFormer2 can be used alone to create terrain height maps; or, to modify Terragen™ and/or World Machine terrain height maps. In essence a neat free program to create / modify terrains for the given programs. This can be used to turn BMP's to terrain maps, its a very useful item. Even use the files to be used in Vue. To sum up, Terragen, WorldMachine, Mojoworld, Vue, Bryce, Terraformer2 is a great program for creating, modifying terrains and best of all, its free and no limits.
