 Shoutbox changes
Some changes has been made to the shoutbox after feedback from our dear users =)
1. The shoutbox text is no longer smaller than the rest of the forum text
(making it hard to read on some systems).
2. The shoutbox will no longer make users "idle", making the shoutbox more user friendly.
In addition to this, a function to make the shoutbox only refresh when there
is any new data input has been activated to keep the system resources
nice and to a minimum.
