 Forum log in probs with Vista? Not anymore!
Hey guys,
If you're running Vista, you may end up with the frustrating problem of not being able to log in correctly on the world's best forum...gfxelite!
It starts out slowly, when Vista won't remember you when you log in and there'll be no 'Welcome mattricks....' Weird thing is that the members list at the bottom will say you're logged in. You won't be able to post and if you try to access the control panel, you'll be asked to log in, then when you get redirected, you get kicked back to the please log in page!
The admin's suggested deleting my cookies, which would have worked on XP, but it did nothing. The thing you have to delete is your form data. Close your browser re-open and you'll be set!
It's soooooo nice to have that little 'Welcome mattricks....' back on my screen.
You'll be probably thinking I've been smoking something but I swear this is what Vista does to screw with your head!
