Tips for secure sharing?

hi guys. i just wanted to know if all of you are aware that many programs and hardware tag their documents with invisible information.

the guy who shared the latest harry potter book photographed it with his canon camera, not knowing that the photos were tagged with the cameras serial number.
Code:
http://www.i4u.com/article10293.html
ms word is also dangerous cause author and historys might be saved as well in the .doc. so if you write some instructions better use a plain text editor. but who knows?
i never would install appz with my real name, even if i they are legal. nobody knows where this data shows up again.
