ok... I might give you some tips... see, the material is too new... too fresh... you have to give it a slightly "used" touch at least or it will always be a sterile model.

to add some displacement is a good method to get rid of the straight lines which tell anyone that knows about the 3d modelling that this is a model even you age the surface (even new colors show differences, the day, the mood of the painter... the unlucky moment when something happened and you will have some failure in the texture... stuff like that...

most of the nature stuff is pretty good for use but get rid of the ones that seem to make the image somehow unbelievable if you get me right...

then... have you ever seen such an exact shadow under a car? or that the car yould reflect the surface of the house this way in rl?

bringin some colour... some variations... you can not paint a house all the same color - it will always look like a play-train model coloured with plastic paint...

k, for the glass effects you could go for "simian arch materials"... pretty old but good for beginners as it has a few adjustments you can make to the glass effects... works with vray only I think. otherwise there is the possibility to use thin wall refraction and make the effect yourself... (you can find that in the max manual if I am right...)

the person is dead... just a dummy... not in the scene... there is no life on the balconys... no towel... nothing inside of the rooms... it is dead... you have to copy life itself if you want to convince with such a rendering... this is art, not only creating but copying like van gogh showed us his way of seeing life or others... depends on your own taste and style... but see, such a big house for many people that has only one person showing up and that in a pose you just don't believe him...

maybe it is a good thing to tell you to make up a szenario in your mind... the children you hear are playing and leave a toy there... the dog, cat or whatever... a bird... can you imagine such a place without ONE bird? think of real life when you lok at it... imagine what will happen... maybe a plane fly by in far distance... maybe a bee somewhere... a bird or even a few... then see, on a cloudy day like this sun can NOT come straight to the object like this... you forgot to filter your light trough the environment or at least make some effects that seem to be shadows trown from the clouds... the sidewalk is as if it was bought today... no dirt - can you see such in real life? fresh colored borders... hard to tell if you have no idea... well at least this might have helped a little.
