As far as i know it is NOT included.

I know that the guys at maxon added a few more improvements that they didn't announced like the auto selection tag - when you select a few polygons and drag material over them they will be colored like the material and a selection tag will be generated on the object, so maybe there are a few more improvements that we don't know about.

layers, my friends, at last we got layers...
and this advanced openGL looks great (I have to test it at home as my business laptop doesn't support it)
