i want to know , if i can install audodesk 2008&2009 in the same computer , and if FLEXLM file is the same for 2008&2009

You should be able to. I've had v9 and 2008 installed together. Currently have 2009 but considering putting 2008 on here as well as I need Vray pronto. Will post back later with results.

Without any problem, I have 2008x32, 2008x64 2009x32 and 2009x64 installed on the same computer at work :)
