Most of the freelancers I know don’t really distinguish specific rates for specific tasks (i.e. modeling versus animation etc). They base their rates off of the amount of time they think a project will take and the number of potential revisions.
Ask the client what his budget is and then try to work within that budget. I guess you should charge between $35-50/hour, but once again it depends on the client. If you're not comfortable and afraid to overcharge, I would do that one on the cheap and raise your rates for the next guys that come along. Remember $10/hour is not business, it's charity or considered intern material.
So do the math: if you feel your work is worth $1000 per week. Think of it as 40hours per week.
$1000/40 hours = $25/hour
$25 is very low, considering a good secretary makes more than that, and this does not include overtime, revisions....see my point.
