PTGui

I use PTGui, it was a recommendation of a german photo-magazine (ProfiPhoto), and I´m really impressed!

I tend to use PSCS3 for the stitching, and PhotoMatix for the HDR stuff.
I've even had some success pulling three different exposures from the same image to generate an HDR image. It won't have the same range as 3 actual different exposures, but it certainly has it's uses.

A good choice for HDR is Artizen HDR, Mediachance Dynamic Photo HDRI and Photomatix Pro - many different effects.

Photomatix is a stand alone application in which you load the photos you wish to tonemap.
There are also good tutorials on HRD on Luminous Landscape forum

hi.. i said that PT Gui is the best.. i work for one year whit this soft..
PTGui is panoramic stitching software for Windows and Mac OSX. Originally developed as a Graphical User Interface for Panorama Tools (hence the name), PTGui now is a full featured photo stitching application.
